CINCO de MAYO CELEBRATION

Date: Monday, May 5th, 2025, 5:00 - 8:00 PM

Location: Sweet Spot

Come celebrate our rich Mexican-American heritage on Cinco de Mayo. Join us at the Sweet Spot for yummy food, great company, and the joy of coming together with friends and neighbors (no signup required).

WHAT TO BRING 

• Bring your favorite beverage. 

• Food: Bring a dish to share (serves 8–10)

Some appetizer ideas are salsa, guacamole, queso or bean dip, layered dips, nachos, and of course chips.

For the main course, consider a rice or bean dish, taquitos, chili relleno, enchiladas, taco salad, street tacos, tamales, burritos, quesadillas, flautas, tamale pie, tostadas, empanadas, or fajitas.

Finally for a scrumptious dessert, consider churros, tres leche cake, cookies and flan.

Feel free to team up with a friend to create a feast to remember.

• Paper plates and plastic utensils will be available, or if you prefer, bring your own tableware.

Lessons and Drill of the Day

Day/Time: Saturdays 8:30 - 10:00

Beginners/intermediate Lessons 8:30-9:15

• instruction followed by practice time on the ball machine.

Drill of the Day 9:15-10:00 

• on the adjacent court quickly learn about various strokes. Get a little instruction and hit a lot. 

Please show up warmed up and ready to rock and roll! 

No reservations required.
